About this training

This course delves more deeply into some of the keystone aspects of emergency responder and public safety culture and operations. This population deals with unique stressors that others don't experience. These include, but are not limited to, stressors related to challenges to sleep, health, shift work, family dynamics, work transitions, retirement, and identity. The course also addresses current stressors associated with social unrest and Covid-19.
